Our Fee Structure & Booking Freedom

We believe in total financial transparency and absolute flexibility. You pay for our deep local expertise, creative routing, and flawless on-the-ground execution. How you choose to secure your flights and accommodations is entirely up to you.

We never force you into hotel packages. When designing your journey, we will recommend hand-picked boutique hotels and luxury eco-resorts that match your aesthetic.
- If you love our selections: We can secure the reservations for you, often unlocking exclusive concierge perks (like early check-ins or welcome amenities).
- If you prefer to book yourself: You are completely free to book your stays independently using your preferred loyalty points or platforms. We will still weave our transfers and experiences seamlessly around your choices.
To ensure you maintain full control over your frequent flyer miles, airline preferences, and cabin upgrades, we do not book international or domestic flights. We will provide you with the exact airport codes (such as Salvador - SSA or Ilhéus - IOS) and the ideal arrival/departure windows, allowing you to secure your airfare easily with your trusted carrier.
Once your initial Journey Design fee is settled, any subsequent service package quotes we provide will strictly cover your premium local logistics: private SUV ground transfers, luxury speedboat charters, certified multilingual specialist guides, and exclusive activity fees.
